Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about planning an event with ARZO, booking talent, and joining our roster.
ARZO is a Qatari agency for talent and event management, based in Doha and working only in Qatar. It covers four capabilities: event management, multimedia, software solutions and outsourcing. ARZO plans and produces events end to end, produces video and motion content, builds websites and applications, and places specialists and talent from its own roster with your team, under one contract and one invoice.
Both. We plan, produce and run events end to end: event strategy, planning and logistics, venues and production, permits and compliance, and operations on the day. We can also provide only the talent and staffing if the event is already being produced by someone else.
Event strategy and a costed budget, planning and logistics, venue sourcing and contracting, production and staging, permits and compliance, operations on the day, and a written report afterwards covering what was delivered and how it tracked against budget. We also run weddings and private events on the same basis.
One account manager throughout, and an ARZO floor manager on site on the day. One contract and one invoice cover the whole engagement, whether it involves production, talent, or both.
Yes. We handle the municipal and venue approvals those events require, and we can provide the documentation requested during procurement.
For most events in Qatar we recommend 4–6 weeks, and 8–12 weeks for large-scale productions or events needing several talent categories. Single-talent bookings can sometimes be arranged within 72 hours, subject to availability. Venue availability and permits usually set the real timeline, so send the brief as soon as it exists, even in outline, and we will tell you what is realistic.
No. Our work is in Qatar. The agency is built around this market: the venues, the suppliers, the permits and the approvals process. If your event is coming into Doha from abroad, that is a brief we handle regularly.
Yes. If you have seen someone on our roster or in a previous campaign, name them in your brief and we will check their availability for your dates.
Rates vary based on talent category, experience level, event duration, and specific requirements such as travel, exclusivity, or special skills.
Yes. ARZO works with partner agencies and talent in Europe, Asia and the Americas to bring performers and specialists into Qatar, and handles the visas, permits and approvals that requires. The engagement itself remains in Qatar.
There is no fixed price list. Talent rates depend on the category, the experience level, how long the booking runs and requirements such as travel or exclusivity. Event costs depend on venue, scale, production and permits. Send a brief through the enquiry form and ARZO returns a costed proposal with the budget broken out line by line, so you can see what each part costs before committing.
Corporate events and conferences, brand activations and product launches, exhibitions and stands, cultural and government events, sports and entertainment programming, and weddings and private events. ARZO works with government and semi-government clients and handles the municipal and venue approvals those events require.
